These Terms apply to Cavly Group’s informational website and any project information published on it.

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern use of the website operated by Cavly Group Inc. and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Cavly Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Information only; no advice

The website is a brochure-style corporate website providing general information about Cavly Group, its projects and its purpose-built rental housing, development, construction, ownership and property-management activities. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, planning, architectural, engineering, construction, environmental, real estate or other professional advice.

3. No offer or contract

Nothing on the website is an offer to sell, lease, acquire, finance or develop real property, an offering of securities, a solicitation or a contractual commitment. Displaying contact information, receiving an email or responding to an inquiry does not create a legal relationship, reserve a unit or guarantee availability, eligibility or priority. Any binding obligation must be in a separate written agreement signed by authorized parties.

4. Project information, renderings and status

Project descriptions, status labels, renderings, photographs, maps, plans, floor plans, unit layouts, dimensions, areas, views, finishes, amenities, rents, pricing, incentives, availability, occupancy dates and schedules are preliminary, illustrative and subject to change without notice. They may not reflect final approved or constructed conditions. Terms such as “proposed”, “upcoming”, “under construction” or “completed” describe general status only and do not guarantee delivery in the form or timeframe shown.

Projects may depend on planning, zoning, site plan, building and other governmental approvals; permits; technical and environmental review; infrastructure and utility capacity; financing; construction pricing; supply availability; market conditions; and other matters outside our control. Inclusion on the website does not mean an approval has been obtained or that a project will proceed.

6. No reliance

11. Changes, law and contact

We may change the website or these Terms by posting an updated version. These Terms are governed by Ontario law and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes will be submitted to Ontario courts. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
